A Calmer Way Through Big Emotions
When emotions feel overwhelming—at home, in your body, or in your relationships—it’s hard to know what to do next.
I help parents and families understand what’s really happening beneath the overwhelm and give them simple, personalized tools that support emotional regulation and connection.
So instead of reacting on repeat, you can experience more calm, clarity, and connection in everyday life..
How We Work Together:
Family Coaching
Are tears and tantrums running the show at your house?
Does your kid get stuck in BIG emotions—fear, anger, worry—and you’re left wondering what actually helps (besides Googling at 9pm)?
When big emotions turn into big behaviors, it can feel exhausting for everyone.
With Family Coaching, your whole family learns what’s really happening in the brain and body during those moments—so the behavior starts to make sense instead of feeling so overwhelming.
Because big emotions don’t have to mean big chaos.
Option 1
Parent Coaching
You’re capable. You’re responsible. You get things done.
And still—parenting feels harder than it should.
That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means your nervous system is overwhelmed.
Through emotional wellness coaching, we identify the stress loops and beliefs that keep you stuck and teach you simple tools to calm your brain and body in everyday moments—so motherhood feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable.
Option 2
Root Starter Sessions
All new clients start here
$300 | Two-session foundation
Root Starter is the first step for every family. These two sessions help us slow things down, understand what’s really happening beneath the behaviors, and create a clear roadmap forward.
What’s included:
Session 1: Whole-family session
Session 2: Parents-only session
5 Roots assessment to identify where support is needed most
A clear, personalized plan for your family’s current season
This is a calm, supportive starting point—designed to bring clarity, direction, and confidence before moving forward
A Simple Path to a More Calm and Connected Family:
1.
Let’s Talk
We start with a free discovery call—a calm, no-pressure conversation to talk through what’s going on and figure out what kind of support would actually help right now.
No fixing. No convincing. Just clarity.
2.
Root Starter: Build Your Roadmap
Every new client begins with Root Starter, the first two sessions where we slow things down and map out your personal roadmap.
This is where everything starts to click.
3.
Use the Tools (in real life)
Then comes the good part: simple tools you can actually use—in the car, at bedtime, in the middle of a meltdown.
Small shifts. More calm. Stronger connection.

Coaching is for you if you feel stuck in an emotion or negative thought loop and want the tools to help you move through those emotions/loops. With a coaching relationship, we work on the challenges you’re having TODAY and get you tools to honor and fully feel the emotions that you feel stuck in. We don’t work on any past “Big T” Traumas.
Counseling is for you if you have any unprocessed trauma and/or you enjoy working with someone long-term who can listen and affirm your current life situation.
If during our coaching sessions, I feel like counseling would be a better fit for you, I’ll be the first to tell you (and recommend some of my awesome counselor colleagues).

I like to think about it like this: Nobody NEEDS a Coach, but everyone DESERVES a Coach. If you’re struggling or feeling overwhelmed in any capacity, you deserve a great coach!

If you sign up for individual coaching, we go 100% at your pace so you schedule individual coaching sessions that fit with your schedule and budget.
If you sign up for family coaching, the commitment is typically 6 sessions. I find that this is the “sweet spot” for kids to feel 100% comfortable working with me and the coaching process. 6 sessions also gives us plenty of time to try tools and pivot to new tools as needed.
