Parent Lab

A judgment-free space for moms who are tired of their kid's emotions running the house and ready for a real game plan.

YOU MIGHT BE HERE BECAUSE...

You love your kid more than anything.

And also? You're exhausted.

You've read the books. You've tried the strategies. You've googled "how to stop my child's meltdowns" at 11pm more times than you'd like to admit.

Maybe you even tried counseling, and while you appreciated it, you weren't sure what was happening behind that door, and honestly... not much changed at home.

So here you are. Still navigating the meltdowns. Still feeling like one wrong move could set the whole afternoon on fire. Still wondering if you're the only mom whose kid seems to set the emotional temperature of the entire house. (Spoiler- You're not).

And that's exactly why Parent Lab exists.

Small group coaching for moms who are ready to respond with calm, confidence instead of reacting with overwhelm and stress.

Parent Lab is a small group coaching experience for moms who want real tools, real community, and a real game plan for the hard moments.

Each session, you bring what's actually happening in your house- a meltdown that went sideways, a discipline strategy that isn't working, a moment where you lost it and you're not sure why- and you get coached on it. Live. In real time.

You leave every single session with a clear next step. Not a vague "try to stay calm" suggestion. An actual game plan for what to try with your family in the next two weeks.

And you do it alongside a small group of moms who get it- because they're living it, too.

No shame. No judgment. Just a lot of me too head nods and finally feeling like you're not alone in this.

This is for you if…

  • Your kid's emotions feel like they run your household

  • You've tried all the tools you know and you're still stuck

  • You've been to counseling, but didn't see the change you were hoping for

  • You yell more than you want to- and you're ready for something different

  • You're a mom who doesn't have time or money to invest in something that isn't going to work

  • You want to feel like the calm, confident leader for your kids- not just survive until bedtime

What You’ll Walk Away With….

After three months in Parent Lab, moms tell me they feel like a different parent.

Not perfect — but equipped.

Here's what shifts: You’ll…

✔ have a game plan for the hard moments instead of just reacting

✔ understand what's driving your child's big emotions and behaviors

✔ know how to stay regulated yourself so you can help your kid get there, too

✔ stop feeling like your child is the thermostat of your home

✔ have a community of moms you can actually be honest with

A past Parent Lab mom said it best: "I finally feel like I know what I'm doing — and I don't feel alone anymore."

Hey There!

I’m Jami.

I'm a mom and an emotional wellness coach who specializes in big emotions and big behaviors — and I've made it my mission to give moms the game plan that nobody handed them.

Here's the thing: I've sat across from hundreds of moms who are smart, loving, and trying so hard. They don't need more information. They need someone to help them figure out what to actually do at 6pm when their kid is melting down and dinner is burning and nobody is listening.

That's what Parent Lab is built for.

I've been in the overwhelmed mom seat, too… feeling like I was one wrong move away from losing it completely. I know what it's like to want to do better and genuinely not know how.

I also know you don't have extra time or money to spend on something that isn't going to deliver. So I promise you this: you will leave every single Parent Lab session with a clear, specific game plan for your family. No fluff. No vague advice.

Just tools that actually work- from a mom who gets it.

What Moms are Saying…

"I felt like I could finally breathe. I walked in thinking I was the only one dealing with this, and within five minutes I realized every single woman at that table was living the same thing. That alone was worth it."

- Mom of 1

“All I can say is WOW! Our home is a lot calmer and steady compared to before! I feel like I am able to parent from a calmer place and I am consistent thanks to feeling confident with the tools I have been given.

— Mom of 3

“Honestly? I feel like I was undercharged for what I got. Jami knows her stuff, and she delivers it in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming.”

FAQs

Is this therapy?

1

Nope! Parent Lab is coaching, not therapy. We're focused on practical tools, real strategies, and a game plan you can implement right away. If you or your child need clinical support, I'm happy to help you find the right resources, but Parent Lab is for moms who are ready to roll up their sleeves and make changes at home.

What if I can't make a session?

2

Life happens- I get it. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.

My kid is [insert any age]- is this still a good fit?

3

Parent Lab is designed for moms of kids with big emotions and big behaviors. If that sounds like your house, it's probably a good fit. Not sure? Book a quick discovery call and we'll figure it out together.

Is there a commitment?

4

Parent Lab runs for 3 months — September, October, and November. That's the commitment. After that, we take a break for the holidays and pick back up in February (if you choose to!)

Why is the group so small?

5

Because you deserve actual coaching, not just a seat in a webinar. Keeping the group to 5-6 moms means you get real time, real attention, and real results.

I'm nervous about sharing in a group setting.

6

That's completely normal- and honestly, most moms feel that way walking in. What past Parent Lab moms have told me is that within minutes, the nerves disappeared. When you're surrounded by women who are nodding along because they're living the same thing, it stops feeling scary and starts feeling like the most relieving conversation you've ever had.

This is the first thing I have been a part of that I can feel actual change from. Being able to work through specific, very real struggles almost in real time has been life changing. It is laid out in a way that makes everything feel manageable and not overwhelming or unclear. I even have consistently taken something away from every other person’s coaching in some way each week.”
